The advanced components inside Xbox make it the undisputed powerhouse among current game consoles. The X-Box is a great system for many reasons. First, it is an American made console. Second, the graphics and speed blow other systems out of the water. Third, Hard Drive. No buying stupid memory cards to save games. Fourth, X-Box live rules! Fifth, no long load times and no freezing of the system either.
While I admit that the X-Box has a way to go to catch up to the PS2, I think it will defenitely hold it's own for some time to come. I owned a PS2 before I got my X-Box, and had both systems for a while. If a game came out that was on both systems, I would buy X-Box. I notice that I played my X-Box a lot more than my PS2 as well. So much so, that I traded in my PS2 at the local game store and got some more X-Box games. The PS2 is a good system, but I like the X-Box much better.
