The Myst games started out on top, and they just keep getting better. The original Myst was the start of a new genre and is a great game for someone who has never played any games like these before. The graphics are stunning and the game will hook you the first time you sit down.
Riven upps the ante quite abit. The storyline is much more dynamic and gripping than Myst and the asthetics are breathtaking.
Myst III:Exile was the perfect sequel to Myst and Riven. The storyline was a good offshoot of the previous games. The enhanced features and graphics are a sight to behold and create a world that envelops you compeletly.
These games will keep you glued to your computer and imerse you in a world that is gripping and imaginative.
The only bad part is when you've finished all three games and have to wait to 2003 for the release of Myst Online, the next Myst incarnation. (It took me six days, but it takes most people much longer, so don't worry about not getting your money's worth, these games can be played for months before you reach the end.)
I highly recomend these games for people of any age and from all different walks of life.
